A spacious master’s house steeped in history, La Roseraie de Brou welcomes you for all types of stays.
Spread over two floors, this residence consists of rooms with private shower rooms and suites with private bathrooms in each of them.
The living spaces are arranged as follows: a large living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining area that can accommodate up to 28 people, a roomy eat-in kitchen with a fireplace, and a conservatory that opens onto the park with views of the Chateau and the Dovecote. On sunny days, enjoy the fully enclosed garden.
The 100-hectare park allows you to enjoy the undergrowth for family walks, discover the fauna and flora of South Touraine with friends. Have fun with a treasure hunt and a fitness trail. Fly over the châteaux of the Loire with our provider “Touraine terre d’envol” thanks to our approved field for hot air balloon departures.

Rates and Conditions
Minimum stay of two nights
Weekly rates are possible depending on the period and the number of people.
Self-catering stay
You have access to outdoor games such as a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, etc.
The entire residence, along with its terraces and garden, is at your disposal.
The rooms are prepared according to your needs. Bath towels and sheets are included in the rental. Pets are not allowed.

Mid-stay cleaning service Replacement of bath towels and mats; tidying up of bedding (€450).
Prepared and delivered meals Through our service providers, we offer meal planning and delivery.
